Caroline has been with us since 2010 as Account Executive where she deals with existing clients and claims.
Her career prior to Northcott Beaton spanned nearly thirty years in various aspects of insurance including Personal Lines, Commercial Business and Lead Advisor in Aviva Claims Department.
Helping customers get the best product at the best price gives her enormous job satisfaction. In addition, she regards the team at Northcott Beaton as her second family.
Away from work, Caroline’s passion is visiting France.
She also enjoys learning new things. She’s currently taking French classes, but prior to that, she learned DIY for Women (not successfully, she says), Archery and Belly Dancing.
The best advice she’s ever been given is: failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
